We are seeking an Experienced Arable Machine Operator for a well-established 2,000-acre estate near Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland. Consisting of 1,600 acres of arable crops, up to 200 commercial fattening cattle and a small rare breed suckler herd and 300 acres of mixed woodland.

The key aspects of this role are:

· Experience of using large agricultural machinery

· GPS knowledge

. Experience of driving a combine would be desirable

. Hands on experience of all general far equipment/maintenance

· Spreading Fertiliser

· Ploughing and Drilling

· Sprayer (PA1 & PA2) – Desirable but not essential – training can be provided

· Working with Cattle will be part of this role

Duties will be varied and will include operating all types of modern farm machinery and general farm maintenance.
